My Sources — one page for every supplier you touch
The new /sources workbench pulls everything into one searchable, filterable view: the suppliers you upload yourself, the SF Database rows you save from a search, and the SCOUT AI discoveries you keep. Star them, drop them into folders, tag them, override contact info per source, and share them across your team. It's the layer that used to live in three separate places.
RFQ Management — track every outreach after you send
Every RFQ you send lands on /rfqs as its own row you can expand. Log a status per supplier (waiting, quoted, declined, won, no response), inline-edit the quoted amount, lead time, and notes, drop a PO number when you pick a winner. Filter by status, sender, or a date range that goes back to when your account started. Every RFQ you've ever sent stays in your history — pull one up from a year ago and it's all still there.
Every RFQ header has a Recontact button that loads all its recipients back into your cart in one click — origins preserved, emails preserved. Add or drop a few suppliers, tweak the criteria, hit Create Email, and you've fired a new outreach without retyping anyone. Great for recurring materials needs that come around every quarter.
Manual RFQ recipients + save to My Sources
Add someone to an RFQ you already sent — a supplier you emailed off-platform, a phone lead you want to track alongside the rest. Tick a box and the same contact also lands in your My Sources for next time, deduped by email so you don't create doubles.
End a thread manually when you've picked a winner externally, the requirement went away, or you're just done chasing. Reversible — reopen and the derived status comes back. Manually-closed RFQs get a small lock icon on the status pill so you can see at a glance why they read Closed.
Folders + favorites, everywhere
Star any source to add it to your built-in All Favorites folder — favorites pin to the top of every search where they match. Or create custom folders for project-specific shortlists and RFQ batches, then bulk-email the whole folder in one click. Each entry tracks when you last emailed that supplier, so you never ping the same vendor twice.
Buy 10 search credits for $25 with no subscription required. Credits never expire. Useful for occasional sourcing or as a safety net when you brush up against your monthly limit.
Customizable RFQ email template
Customize your outreach email subject and body once — every RFQ you generate uses your version. Merge tags ({{material}}, {{shape}}, {{grade}}, etc.) auto-fill from the search.
A browsable catalog of every material in the database — see at a glance what we cover and how many suppliers offer each. Great for discovery and for confirming we carry a specific alloy before you search.
Team analytics for Team owners
Team owners get a dashboard view of seat activity — top materials searched, RFQs sent per seat, SCOUT pool usage. Helps procurement leads see what their team is buying and spot coverage gaps.
Sales-led plan for procurement orgs above 3 seats: custom seat counts, volume pricing, dedicated account management. Reach out to our team to set it up.
Toggle between light and dark themes from the header. The whole app respects your choice — searches, results, account pages, admin views.
An extensive database of vetted suppliers for every kind of fastener — bolts, nuts, screws, rivets, anchors, and specialty hardware — searchable the same way you search materials today. Available in both Database search (canonical fastener-type dropdown) and SCOUT (AI fastener-supplier discovery).
A curated directory of service-side suppliers — heat treating, water-jet and laser cutting, grinding, machining, finishing, plating, and more — searchable in Database search by service, by material, or by both at once (e.g. heat-treating for tool steel). Use it to round out a project after you've found the metal supplier.
